The agreement
These terms govern your use of FeedGuard, operated by RevenueDo. Creating an account means you accept them. If you are signing up for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
What the service does
FeedGuard checks your Google Shopping feed against merchant specs and alerts you before Google disapproves your products.
FeedGuard is an informational tool. It watches sources on your behalf and tells you what changed. It does not act for you, make changes to your store, or contact anyone else on your behalf.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so keeping that inbox secure is what keeps your account secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
One account is for one person. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
Trial, billing and cancellation
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no card up front. If you add a payment method, billing begins when the trial ends.
Paddle is our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles any sales tax or VAT, under its own buyer terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the plan you picked until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-used periods.
What you may not do
While using the service, do not:
- Resell, redistribute or publish our alerts as your own product or data feed.
- Use the service to monitor sources you have no right to monitor, or in a way that breaks another provider's terms or the law.
- Scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or try to reach data belonging to other accounts.
- Deliberately overload the service or work around plan limits.
The data you give us
Your monitoring setup and your data stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to the extent needed to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm you are entitled to have us monitor the sources you add.
What we do not promise
FeedGuard depends on sources we do not control. They can change, go down, rate-limit us or block us, so we cannot promise that every relevant change is detected, that detection is immediate, or that what we report is complete or accurate.
Nothing the service produces is legal, tax, financial or compliance advice. Pricing, compliance and other business decisions remain yours, and you should verify anything important before acting on it. The service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those the law requires us to give.
Availability and changes
The service is in early access and we do not offer an uptime guarantee. We may add, change or remove features as it develops.
If we intend to discontinue the service or make a change that materially reduces what you pay for, we will email you beforehand and refund the unused part of your current period.
Limits on liability
We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your payment fails and is not fixed, or if we are required to by law. Where the situation allows it, we will warn you first.
Changes to these terms
We will update this page and the date at the top of it when these terms change, and email you before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
